    + MTP optical fiber coupler / MPO fiber adapter have 2 type: 

    Opposed type (Key Up to Key Down): The top hook on one side flips on the other side. This is standard Type A.

    Aligned type (Key Up to Key Up): The top hook stays on top on both sides. This is used in Type B networks.

    + The MTP optical fiber coupler / MPO fiber adapter is with flange, can better fix the adapter into patch panel plate.
