What is GYXTW cable?
• GYXTW fiber optic cable, the fibers 250μm, are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic.
• The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound.
• The tube is wrapped with a layer of PSP longitudinally.
• Between the PSP and the loose tube water-blocking material is applied to keep the cable compact and watertight.
• Two parallel steel wires are placed at the two sides of the steel tape.
• The cable is completed with a polyethylene (PE) sheath.
• The OM3 fiber cable has been developed according to the newest 10Gbit standards and allows the data transmission over a distance up to max 300 m at 850 nm. Due to its excellent optical characteristics, other than the conventional 600/1200 nm fibers, the OM3 fiber optic cable is applicable for backbone connections based on a cost-efficient multi-mode technology up to 10Gbit.
