Q: What's the MOQ?

A: Actually we don't set any MOQ requirement. All orders can be made according to customer request.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: The delivery time is accoring to product type and order quantity. Normally, the sample will be sent out within 2-3 days after confirmation. 

Q: Payment term you can accept?

A: We accept T/T by bank account, Western Union, Paypal. Other payment term can discuss. 

Q: Incoterm you can accept?

A: Normally, we offer the price based on Ex-work Price. In case of customer request, we also can offer FOB and CIF price. Other Incotern can discuss. 

Q: How can I order the goods from you?

A: Our process: Get inquiry → Confirm your detail technical request and quantity → Quote the price and estimated lead time → Confirm price, document and shipping cost if need → Get PO → Make PI → Payment (payment term as above) → Make goods → Shipment → Service after sale.

Q: Do you have any test reports for products?

A: We do necessary test during each step of production, ensure that all of products are in best-condition before packing and shipping. 

Q: Are OEM and customized service available?

A: Yes, most of our ovesea orders are OEM orders. 

Q: Can we be your distributor or agent in our local market?

A: If you hope to expand our brand in your local market, welcome to contact us any time to discuss.
